About Us
The Association of Professionals in Pest Control and Disinfection "PestControl Union", hereinafter referred to as "the Association", is a non-profit organization comprising citizens, legal entities, and individual entrepreneurs engaged in professional and/or business activities in the field of pest control and disinfection.
The Association conducts its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Urban Development Code of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law "On Non-Profit Organizations", the Federal Law "On Self-Regulatory Organizations", other applicable regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, and its Charter.
The Association was established based on the principle of voluntary membership.

Location: Samara, Russian Federation
The Association operates according to the following principles:
- Voluntary membership — members may join or withdraw from the Association at their discretion at any time;
- Equal rights and obligations for all Association members;
- Democratic decision — making by governing bodies that considers the interests of the majority of Association members;
- Self-regulation and transparency in operations;
- Compliance — members must conduct activities in accordance with Russian Federation legislation, the Charter, and other internal Association documents;
- Oversight - the Association monitors its members' activities as part of its self-regulatory function.
